Recently Funcom announced that about the siege PVP in Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures, they will be working on 2 large problems. The first one is the client performance and the second one is content and collision.

"We are very serious about our Massive Siege PvP system and we became more aggressive on fixing several issues appearing in that regard. The bulk of the feedback can be summarized within two categories: a) Client performance and b) Content and collision.

For the improvements on the client, they already got some stuff planned like the option to hide or remove particle effects of the spells and a shorter view distance in certain areas. The second fix is the dynamic collision of the characters and adding more PVP content.

Hope they can fix these problems soon, the longer they last, the more chance that current players will go back to their previous favorite game. :)
