Raider is one of the most important work in the team or class whether and nor it is do perfectly. Certainly, if do the task very well, all the team member would gain more benefit, so that the raider must be chosen with responsibility, prudence and foresight. Below is a general list of raider responsibilities. These are guidelines that are publically available, and are meant to give raiders a basic understanding of what will be expected of them. This list should be tailored to fit specific guilds’ needs, and also can be used in multiple ways. Some may find it helpful to have every raider “sign off” on the list before being slotted for raids, this gives the management some leverage when issues arise, and people are held  accountable for breaking the rules.
Signups
1. Do sign up two days at least in advance of the scheduled raid if possible.
2. Do give at least 24 hours notice if the raider is signed up and unable to attend a raid.
3. Do give immediate notice if the raider unable to attend a raid due to a last‐minute emergency.
4. If the raider is slotted standby for a raid and be online at the scheduled start of the raid, or give advance notice that I will not be available.
5. Do understand that failure to adhere to signup standards will result in a loss of slotting for the raid in question, and the potential for a loss of slotting for any future raids.
6. Do understand that raids lacking balanced signups can and will be canceled starting 24 hours prior to the first pull.
Being on Time
1. Raider will be online, in his or her required class/role channels, in vent and at the raid start location 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
2. Raider will be in the raid instance and ready to buff 5 minutes before the scheduled start time.
3. Do understand that failure to be on time, zoned in, and ready to pull at the scheduled start time will result in a loss of slotting for the raid in question, and the potential for a loss of slotting for any future raids.
4. Do understand that a lack of slotted players showing up for a raid can and will result in the raid being canceled.
Raiding
1. Raider will bring and use all applicable consumables for his or her class and role for all scheduled encounters.
2. Raider will fully research and understand any new boss fights that they will be attempting. Raider will read the posted strategy, watch a video and talk to people who have done it, especially those in his or her class or role.
3. Raider will not AFK for longer than the amount of time given for mid‐raid breaks, and never AFK in the middle of the raid unless it is an emergency. Raider understands that AFKing for longer than 5 minutes in the middle of a raid will result in me being replaced if possible. No exceptions.
4. Raider will answer all questions asked by the raid leader to the best of his or her ability and be aware in‐game surroundings and be able to report on potential problems, disconnects, miscommunications and deaths.
5. Raider will take responsibility for his or her mistakes, and more importantly: learn from them.
6. Raider will respect the raid leader, and the rest of the people in the raid. Raider understands that failure to do so will result in the immediate removal from the raid.
7. Raider will take responsibility for my computer, and his or her connection to the Internet and will not unreasonably burden the raid with poor performance or connectivity due to gaming hardware, software or Internet availability.
8. Raider will give and take criticism constructively and openly discuss concerns and issues that arise with the raid leaders or in the forums.
9. Raider will listen to his or her class/role leaders and positive affirm their requests in the class channel.
Ventrilo
1. Raider will keep off topic vent chatter to a minimum during encounters and especially before the start of the raid and during briefngs.
2. Do understand that microphones are not required, but listening is.
3. Raider will refrain from blatant profanity in vent.
4. Do understand that if Raider do not use vent and not raid. Raider also knows that if Raider is abusive and/or overly distracting in vent and will be muted and possibly removed from the raid.
Loot
1. Raider will adhere to the DKP system and know that it is his or her responsibility to research and understand how the DKP system works.
2. Complaining, “loot whoring”, general whininess about loot will never be tolerated will be grounds for his or her immediate removal from the raid and loss of future slotting privileges. If raider has an issue, he or she will send a private message to the raid leader or post on the forums about it. Above all else, raider will keep my drama out of public guild, raid and vent channels.
