Funcom, PC MMO Age of Conan: The Hyborian Adventures publisher and developer announced today that the title’s game director and producer has resigned from the position.
As one of the founders of Fumcom, Gaute Godager departed from the company pointed out that he is dissatisfied with some of the elements in the MMORPG released in May 2008. Godager said he left Funcom because he had decided to act on the dissatisfaction.
Craig Morrison, who previously worked on Funcom's other MMO, Anarchy Online, took Godager's former helm. "It is time to get new, fresh eyes on Age of Conan, and I wholeheartedly support the appointment of Craig," said Godager. Morrison said that his main focus would be to "act on player concerns, while ensuring we add additional great content to [Age of Conan]".
